Returns Policy

At Kidult, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, we are happy to assist with a return under the following terms:


Faulty Items Only: Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for change of mind.

Notification Period: Faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives and notify us promptly of any issues.

Order number

Description of the fault

Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Return Approval: Once we confirm the fault, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return any items without prior approval.

Condition of Returns: The item must be returned in its original condition, including any packaging, accessories, or documentation.

Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the faulty item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.

Note: Items reported after the 3-day window may not be eligible for a return. We recommend retaining all packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
